As part of the procedure for renewing the site's environmental permit, the Théâtre Royal du Parc had to carry out a "large consumer" energy audit in order to identify energy saving measures with a payback period. less than 5 years. These measures have been the subject of an action plan to be implemented within 4 years from the entry into force of the new environmental permit. This audit made it possible to identify profitable energy saving paths, mainly at the level of regulation, for annual savings between 5% and 10%.
