Deplasse & Associés was appointed by the SLRB to support the Energy Managers of Public Service Real Estate Companies (SISP) in the Brussels Region for 4 years. This support, both technical and methodological, followed the PLAGE methodology, consisting of:

  • Identify the most energy-intensive buildings in each SISP's portfolio
  • Audit these buildings in order to define actions to improve energy performance
  • Implement the most cost-effective measures
  • Monitor energy consumption each month in order to avoid drifts, and to be able to quantify the savings made
