Espace Rolin – Renovation of CLV chimneys

The condominium wished to study the cohabitation of high-efficiency sealed individual boilers and sealed individual condensing boilers to consider a gradual replacement of the old individual boilers with new ones. Given the advanced state of corrosion of the CLV, we recommended lining the central burnt gas evacuation duct as well as fitting deflectors present at each tapping. We also recommended adapting the foot of the flue to avoid the recycling of burnt gases, as well as the presence of a sealed drain with siphon.
