On the FUCam site in Mons, Deplasse & Associés, in collaboration with the Pierre Berger office, drafted the consultation file (technical clauses and annexes) allowing UCL to award the contract relating to the creation and maintenance a new heating network serving various buildings on the university campus according to the "Design Build Maintain and Operate" formula, including energy efficiency criteria.
