Energy Auditor

To cope with the growth of our activity, we are looking for a result-oriented energy auditor to audit and implement the profitable measures of an action plan to improve the energy performance of tertiary buildings (offices, hospitals , …) in the form of an Energy Performance Contract (EPC).

• You visit tertiary buildings and draw up the list of energy saving actions to be implemented (technical description, cost, profitability, etc.)
• You analyze the consumption of a site and identify the drifts
• You present to the customer the savings actions to be carried out and make a regular report with the results actually obtained
• You design the reference consumption models allowing the realization of Energy Performance Contracts in accordance with the IPMVP (we condition part of our fees to the results actually achieved following the implementation of the audit action plan)
• In collaboration with the operator and the customer, you improve the regulation parameters of the installations (GTC management)
• You participate in the commissioning of HVAC renovation project installations (the installations we design, we assume them over the long term through, in particular, performance contracts with certain customers)
• You are ready to travel to France and Luxembourg for up to 4 days per month
