Assignment

  • Inventory of the former Socageth heating network
  • State of play of the heating network of the former University of Labor
  • Mapping of heat needs on the perimeter of the urban renewal of Charleroi and extension to the entire city (intra-ring).
  • Feasibility study for the implementation of a centralized production unit (20 MW) within the exhibition hall including the hall itself, the Palace of Fine Arts, the Congress Center, extension study to a fifty other buildings.
  • Study of the execution phase of the boiler room and the installation of the RCU pipes from the site of the exhibition hall to the university of work. (total length greater than 1 km).
  • Study of an extension of the network to the south (audent-yser zone), to the east
  • Energy audit of the heating network (11 buildings)

Inventory of current Urban Heating Networks & mapping of heat needs at the district level

Mission to implement an energy production unit for the Charleroi District Créatif public infrastructure, or even its extension to a new district heating network for the City of Charleroi, its commissioning and maintenance.
